Povabilo na 18. simpozij zdravstvene in babiške nege Slovenije
V velikem pričakovanju ponovnega snidenja v živo je nastajal tudi program letošnjega 18. Simpozija zdravstvene in babiške nege Slovenije z naslovom:
Prispevek zdravstvene nege in babištva k trajnostnemu razvoju družbe
Kako pomemben segment skrbi za dobro vseh zemljanov sta v okviru zdravstvenega varstva prav zdravstvena nega in babištvo, je bilo vidno ravno zadnji dve leti pri spopadanju z epidemijo koronavirusne bolezni po vsem svetu. Tako medicinske sestre kot babice so bile in so še osnoven gradnik vseh aktivnosti v boju z virusno boleznijo, njeno zajezitvijo in blaženjem posledic. Ob vsem tem so medicinske sestre in babice izkazale veliko pripravljenost, solidarnost pa fleksibilnost in hiter način prilagajanja novim načinom dela in osvajanja novi znanj. Prav zato smo želeli z letošnjim simpozijem poudariti pomembnost novih spoznanj in dognanj, ki bodo vplivala tudi na procese v zdravstvu tako na strani pacientov kot tudi izvajalcev zdravstvenih storitev in se pri tem osredotočala na trajnostno naravnanost. Bodisi da gre za prispevek posameznika ali pa celotne dejavnosti. Zdravstveni strokovnjaki moramo prvi poleg trajnostnega zagovarjati tudi zeleni razvoj družbe, pri tem pa ne smemo zanemariti, kako velik onesnaževalec je zdravstvo. Prav tako pa se moramo vprašati, kako trajnostno zagotoviti tudi delovno silo ob sočasnem nadomeščanju le-te z vpeljavo robotov in telezdravstva.
Veselimo se srečanja in vas prijazno vabimo k udeležbi.
Simpozij, ki bo odkrival nove dimenzije dojemanja prihodnosti in izražal čas sedanjosti, kliče tudi po druženju in izmenjavi mnenj v živo.

prof. Elizabeth Adams
Elizabeth Adams je predsednica Evropske federacije združenj medicinskih sester in zastopa tri milijone medicinskih sester po Evropi. Trenutno je vodja službe za politiko varnosti in zagovorništva pacientov pri Nacionalnem uradu za varnost pacientov na Ministrstvu za zdravje Severne Irske. Je članica upravnega odbora globalne kampanje Nursing Now.
Njeno mednarodno delovanje vključuje tudi članstvo v številnih mednarodnih skupinah, kot sta Koalicija za varovanje zdravja na vojnih območjih in Mednarodni center za migracije medicinskih sester. Poleg tega je izredna profesorica na Univerzi za tehnologijo Curtin, Zahodna Avstralija in University College Dublin, častna članica Fakultete za zdravstveno nego in babištvo Royal College of Surgeons Ireland.
Elizabeth Adams is currently the Patient Safety and Advocacy Policy Officer, National Patient Safety Office in the Department of Health. She has been recently appointed Adjunct Faculty,
Dublin City University. She is President of the European Federation of Nurse Associations and represents 3 million nurses across Europe. She is a Board member of the global Campaign
Nursing Now. Her international representation includes membership of numerous global groups, including, for example, Safeguarding Health in Conflict Coalition and International Centre of Nurse Migration. In addition, she is Adjunct Associate Professor with Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia and University College Dublin, Honorary Fellow Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery Royal College of Surgeons Ireland.
dr. Konstantinos Petsios
Dr. Konstantinos Petsios se je rodil leta 1977 v Ioannini v Grčiji, leta 2001 pa je diplomiral iz zdravstvene nege na Univerzi v Atenah. Ima magisterij s področja pediatrične zdravstvene nege in s področja Javnega zdravja. Doktoriral je s področja kakovosti življenja pri otrocih z astmo. Trenutno dela v centru za srčno kirurgijo “Onassis” kot vodja urada za klinične raziskave. Je vabljeni predavatelj na Univerzi Friderik v Nikoziji, Univerzi v Atenah in Univerzi v Peloponezu. Ima več kot 18 let izkušenj v klinični praksi, predvsem v urgenti službi.
Je trenutni generalni sekretar odbora direktorjev Združenja medicinskih sester (HNA) in je svetovalec za področje pediatrije in NMP. HNA zastopa na srečanjih ICN in drugih strokovnih
združenjih. Njegov raziskovalni interesi so raziskovalna metodologija, analitika velikih podatkov, kazalniki kakovosti, pediatrična intenzivna nega, raziskave na področju nadzora astme, rak pri otrocih, neinvazivno mehansko ventiliranje, prirojena srčna bolezen, etika zdravstvene nege. Kvantitativne in kvalitativne raziskave v zdravstveni negi, intenzivna in nujna zdravstvena nega, upravljanje človeških virov in klinični izzidi.
Dr Konstantinos Petsios was borned in Ioannina, Greece in 1977 and got his University degree from the Faculty of Nursing of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2001. His first Master of Health Science was in Clinical Nursing, specialized in oxygen therapy in children (2004) and his PhD was in Pediatric Nursing specialized in the Quality of Life in children with asthma. In 2019 he graduated a second Master in Health Management & Public Health. He is currently working in the “Onassis” Cardiac Surgery Center as Head of Clinical Research Office and Audit of Clinical Outcome. He is lecturing Paediatric Nursing, as an Invited Lecturer in the Frederick University of Nicosia, University of Athens and University of Peloponnese (2018-2019), respectively. He has more than 18 years of experience in clinical practice as an emergency care nurse, paediatric intensive care nurse and researcher/scientific collaborator. He is also serving as an invited Lecturer in postgraduate level in Master Programs held by the Faculty of Nursing and the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the West Attica University. He is the current General Secretary of the Directory Board of Hellenic Nurses’ Association (HNA) and he serves as a Counselor of the Pediatric Sector and the Emergency and Intensive Care Sector of the HNA. He represents HNA in the ICN Meetings and in a several professional meetings. Special interests: Research Methodology, Big data analytics, Quality Indicators, Paediatric Intensive Care, Research in asthma control, Paediatric cancer, Non-invasive mechanical ventilation, Congenital heart disease, Nursing ethics, Quantitative and qualitative nursing research, Intensive and emergency nursing, Nursing Administration, Human Resources Management and Clinical Audit.
izr. prof. dr. Dan Podjed
Dr. Dan Podjed je znanstveni sodelavec na Znanstvenoraziskovalnem centru Slovenske akademije znanosti in umetnosti, izredni profesor na Filozofski fakulteti Univerze v Ljubljani in višji svetovalec na Inovacijsko-razvojnem inštitutu Univerze v Ljubljani. Leta 2013 je zasnoval dogodek Why the World Needs Anthropologists, ki ga je vodil do leta 2018. Ta je postal osrednje stičišče aplikativne antropologije v Evropi in tudi na svetovni ravni. Leta 2019 je izdal odmevno knjigo Videni, v kateri je pojasnil, zakaj se vse več opazujemo in razkazujemo s pomočjo pametnih telefonov in drugih naprav. Leta 2020 je izšla njegova knjiga Antropologija med štirimi stenami, v kateri je širši javnosti pojasnil, kako je spoznaval družbo in sebe med pandemijo covid-19. V knjigi Why the World Needs Anthropologists (2021) je zbral prispevke vodilnih strokovnjakov, ki so predstavili pomen antropologije v sodobnem svetu. Leta 2022 je izdal zbornik Nevidno življenje odpadkov, ki je nastala na podlagi primerjalne antropološke raziskave o ravnanju z odpadki v Ljubljani, Zagrebu, Trstu, Gradcu, Oslu in Dubaju. Od leta 2020 raziskuje posledice izolacije in osamljenosti v samostojnem raziskovalnem projektu #stayathome.
Dan Podjed, PhD, is a Research Fellow at the Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Associate Professor at the University of Ljubljana’s Faculty of Arts and
Senior Research Advisor at the Institute for Innovation and Development of the University of Ljubljana. He was the founder and from 2013 to 2018 the organiser of the international event Why the World Needs Anthropologists, which has become the main meeting point for applied anthropologists in Europe and beyond. In 2019, he published the acclaimed book Seen (Videni in Slovenian), in which he explained why we are increasingly observed and exposed with the help of smartphones and other devices. In 2020, his book Indoor Anthropology was published (Antropologija med štirimi stenami in Slovenian), in which he presented to the public how he came to know society and himself during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the book
Why the World Needs Anthropologists (2021) he brought together the leading experts in the field to highlight the value of anthropology in today’s world. In 2022 he published an edited
volume, entitled Invisible Life of Waste (Nevidno življenje odpadkov in Slovenian), which is based on a comparative anthropological study in Ljubljana, Zagreb, Graz, Trieste, Oslo, and Dubai. Since 2020, he has been researching the consequences of isolation and loneliness in an individual research project #stayathome.
doc. dr. Sedina Kalender – Smajlović
Doc. dr. Sedina Kalender – Smajlović je diplomirala 2006 na Visoki šoli za zdravstvo. Na Visoki šoli za zdravstveno nego Jesenice je 2013 pridobila strokovni naslov magistrice zdravstvene nege. Na Medicinski fakulteti je doktorirala 2021, smer Biomedicina / Javno zdravje. Svojo poklicno pot je pričela v Splošni bolnišnici Jesenice, kot anestezijska medicinska sestra. Delo je nato nadaljevala v Centralni intenzivni terapiji. Od 2005 do 2010 je bila zaposlena kot vodja službe zdravstvene nege v Enoti intenzivne terapije operativnih strok. Od 2010 je zaposlena na Visoki šoli za zdravstveno nego Jesenice (danes Fakulteti za zdravstvo Angele Boškin – FZAB). Opravljala je delo na področju vodenja kakovosti in koordinacije kliničnega
usposabljanja. Od 2016 do 2021 je bila predstojnica Katedre za zdravstveno nego. Od 2021 je zaposlena kot prodekanja za izobraževanje. Kot visokošolska učiteljica sodeluje pri izvedbi predmetov na študijskih programih FZAB.
Assist. Prof. Dr. Sedina Kalender – Smajlović graduated form School of Health in 2006. In 2013, she obtained a master’s degree in nursing from College of Nursing Jesenice. In 2021, she graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Biomedical/Public Health. She began her career at the Jesenice General Hospital as a nurse anaesthetist. She then continued her work in central intensive therapy. From 2005 to 2010 she worked as the head of the nursing in the surgery intensive care unit. Since 2010 she has been employed in Angela Boškin Faculty of Health Care. She worked in the area of quality management and coordination of clinical training. From 2016 to 2021 she was the head of the Nursing. Department. As a university lecturer, she is involved in the implementation of subjects in the study programmes of FZAB.
dr. Sonja Robnik
Sonja Robnik prihaja z Direktorata za delovna razmerja in pravice iz dela pri Ministrstvu za delo, družino, socialne zadeve in enake možnosti. Po izobrazbi je doktorica sociologije, ki se vso svojo delovno in znanstveno kariero ukvarja z različnimi vprašanji kakovosti delovnih okolij. Zlasti jo zanimajo psihosocialna tveganja, s katerimi se srečujemo na delovnih mestih. O tem temah piše, predava in jih preučuje. Trdno verjame, da je dobre odnose na delovnih mestih možno vzpostavljati in ohranjati – slednje mnogo lažje, kakor graditi na novo.
Sonja Robnik comes from the Directorate for Labour Relations and Labour Rights at the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities. She holds a PhD in sociology and has worked on various issues related to the quality of the work environment throughout her professional and academic career. She is particularly interested in the psychosocial risks we face in the workplace. He writes, lectures and studies them on this topic. He firmly believes that good relationships can be built and maintained in the workplace – the latter much easier than rebuilding them.
dr. Izidor Mlakar
Izidor Mlakar je diplomiral in doktoriral na programu Elektrotehnika na Univerzi v Mariboru v Sloveniji. Trenutno je zaposlen kot znanstveni sodelavec na Fakulteti za elektrotehniko in računalništvo Univerze v Mariboru in vodi dva raziskovalna projekta s področja e-Zdravja, H2020 PERSIST in H2020 HosmartAI ter sodeluje pri raziskovalnem projektu s področja kibernetske varnosti, H2020 PLATINR. Njegovi raziskovalni interesi vključujejo pogovorne agente, analizo in sintezo pogovorne inteligence in obnašanja, koverbalno sinhronizacijo, končni stroji, algoritmi strojnega učenja, globoko učenje, večmodalni dialog, napredni večmodalni vmesniki, internet stvari, pametne zgradbe in pametna mesta.
Izidor Mlakar graduated and received his PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Maribor in Slovenia. He is currently a research associate at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Maribor, leading two research projects in eHealth, H2020 PERSIST and H2020 HosmartAI, and participating in a research project in cybersecurity, H2020 PLATINR. His research interests include conversational agents, analysis and synthesis of conversational intelligence and behaviour, co-verbal synchronisation, final machines, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, multimodal dialogue, advanced multimodal interfaces, Internet of Things, smart buildings, and smart cities.
